Functioning and organisation

Our decisions are made on the base of common agreements; which corresponds to circle consciousness

Our community is organised in different sectors of activities.

​

Every weekend we get together for an hour of coordination in order to define the collective priorities of the present and so that each sector head plans their team’s tasks.

​

Each one then fills out their personal plan for the coming week, as much to prepare themselves for collective encounterings as to anticipate well to assume their individual services.

​

The sector teams get together regularly to check in on their sector, to evaluate advancements and to plan expansion.

Each one can, if they wish, discover the different service positions offered within the collective; even specialising in one, during a period of minimum 3 months up to several years, according to the level of attraction and the potentiality awakened in them.

To do this we have four categories of participation. The time of implication and the level of responsibility depending on the person’s motivation to advance, who will then see their economic reciprocation evolve as well.

​

Basically, a whole system of coordination that permits each one to use their time well and to feel useful; all the while securing their stay within the community.

​

This functioning is above all to foster harmony within the collective.

​

To learn to know one other, to relate, to collaborate, to sustain one another, to help each other. And also to discover the potentialities that life has placed in each one in order to serve the collective that includes them. This, in the richness of diversity where there is no superior and inferior; each one bringing their essential part. In simple terms: to enter into circle consciousness; sacred structure of life.

Our sectors of activities are as follows: shopping and preparation of collective meals, visits, accommodation and upkeep of the shared house, maintenance, renovation and structural work, vehicle upkeep, animal care, garden and permaculture, internal coordination and supervision of the projects, central council for decision-making and management of related situations, economy and investments, texts and publications, medicine process and internal formation, agri-alimentation, development of family houses, laboratory of medicinal plants and natural remedies, communication and publicity, formation programmes, new system of parent-child education, mystic arts, circle of leaders.

Certain sectors are active, others in the initial phase, others temporarily on pause or still waiting for activation. So we could say that it’s a project that’s running, that there is plenty to do and room for more people!

 

Some sectors are developed in the framework of what we have called clan enterprise. They are projects that have an emphasis on self-sufficiency. They thus have a clear economic finality, not just as sustainment for their internal associates but also for the entire collective and its other projects. Their principal goal remains that of cultivating circle consciousness in order to expand it beyond our collective. These shall we say autonomous projects, lean on the organisation model of our collective, for its proven efficiency, all the while being managed in an independent way. Permitting some members to put into practice all the assets integrated over the course of their internal formation, at an even higher level of responsibility; which seems to us essential for the healthy development of a person in their life process.
