A spirit of family, four living spaces
We have four lands in all: two fully developed and in activity for 25 years, a third acquired just one year ago, almost finished and already more than liveable, and a fourth that we have had for more than a decade now, awaiting development but already able to welcome there, in its basic structures, its pioneers.
Of these four places, two are situated in the sacred valley of Peru, in the Cusco region, close to the village of Pisac: Choquepata and Huayllaquen. And the two others in the Quillabamba region, still in Peru, close to the small village of Santa Maria: Huayopata and Caballerayoc.
Near Pisac, CUSCO
Choquepata and Huayllaquen
These two places are situated near the very active and touristic village of Pisac, less than one hour from the mythical city of Cusco. And are very close to each other, one in the valley and the other in the mountains.
Choquepata
In the valley, Choquepata is essentially the place of coordination where all the new initiatives of the project are developed. This makes it the place of the most rich and complete experimentation. It is in principle the point of arrival for all new people. It is found less than 10 minutes from Pisac by mototaxi, close to the village of Taray. It’s the most easily accessible of all our places and the most connected with the social activities of current society. It is comprised of various types of accommodation in different parts of the land, a big yard, two temples, a temazcal, a big garden with a greenhouse, a shed for machines and tools, a music space with a fireplace, a recording studio.

Huayllaquen
In the mountains, Huayllaquen is the place fully dedicated to the medicine process and to discovery of the path. It is situated in the highlands of Choquepata, more precisely above the hamlet of Paolo Grande and is quickly accessible. It is surrounded by corn fields, and just two neighbours within several kilometres’ radius. Which makes it the ideal setting for living the mystic path of life. It is comprised of a central patio with several bedrooms, a cozy little dining room and shared kitchen, as well as a relaxing salon space with a wood stove and traditional oven. Outside the patio, but still inside the place, are other bedrooms, two temples, a temascal, a library that is also an office, and the medicinal plants laboratory. We also have two unconstructed parcels for cultivation.

Near Santa Maria, QUILLABAMBA
Huayopata and Caballerayoc
These two places are situated on the route leading to Machu Picchu. They are several kilometres apart from each other, though still close as the crow flies, separated by the tumultuous Vilcanota river. Here also, one is found in the valley and the other in the mountains.
Huayopata
Situated in the valley, Huayopata is the place dedicated to self-sufficiency and to the agri-alimentary project. It is situated between Huyro and Santa Maria. It is strategically situated to ally the calm of nature and the direct connection with the neighbouring small businesses, permitting to weave links with the locals. Its setting and semi-tropical climate are perfect for reconnecting with nature. It is comprised of a large rectangular structure constructed under a hangar to protect from the heat; which includes a large multipurpose room, a large kitchen fully equipped with its pantry, a laundry room, a bathroom with two showers and toilets, as well as several shared bedrooms. And has a temple-temazcal at its disposal. All surrounded by cultivable green spaces.

Caballerayoc
Situated in the mountains, Caballerayoc is our land most distant from human activity. It is found on the highlands of Santa Maria, on the place of a former coffee plantation in a paradisiacal natural setting. It is accessible by motorised vehicle in about 20 minutes followed by an uphill walk of 45 minutes. Which gives it the advantage of becoming over time a place of refuge and maybe even the place, in an unknown future, of a mystical arts university. It is comprised of a small house that opens at the front onto a large, stone-paved surface that leads to the showers and toilets. And in the rear, a structure comprised of two bedrooms, a tool shed adjacent to an open hut with hammocks. This is on an immense tropical land at the level of clouds and refreshing winds.

Huayllaquen
We have a total of six bedrooms available, all shared between two to four people. Some on the common patio and others in the calmer part but very close by. They are very simple but equipped with good duvets, protective curtains and hot water bottles; the altitude bringing a bit more coolness than at Choquepata.
Huayopata
We have a total of 5 bedrooms available: two individual, two for couples, and two dormitories for three non-mixed-sex people. They are all side by side, as much close to the multipurpose room, showers and toilets as to the kitchen. They are insulated from the heat by a false ceiling, allow for natural airflow through the windows and door thresholds and are equipped with mosquito nets.
Caballerayoc
We have available one bed for the guardian of the place in the small house and two other independent bedrooms for visitors; one with a bed and the other remaining to be set up. It is also possible to sleep in a tent or hammock; which in some seasons is very pleasant, but in other moments a bit chilly. It is always possible to adapt and to change according to the climate. Pending more construction on the land.
We remind you that all our places are medicine spaces, which means that they are healthy; free of intoxicants (alcohol, drugs, marijuana, CBD, mushrooms, etc.). They all have the intention of permitting you to find the meaning of life, the path of your own destiny and your utility at service to life.
