Leaders' programme
We have a particular identity, but our programmes are not centered on that, but rather on a universal inclusive vision of life that respects the cultural and individual identities of each one.
Objective: to reunite people motivated to act now
This programme is for all people who carry within themselves, by the choice of destiny, a nature of leader, and who have the maturity of an adult consciousness to take responsibility for the future of the next generations.

For those of you who, seeing the rapid deterioration and at all levels of current, so-called modern societies, are ready to be implicated starting now to prepare a new base of society that is truly viable for all.

Finalities of the programme
To develop a whole weaving of cells managed by a global system of communication and of coordination, which does not go against some of the aspects of current society, especially in its sectors of activity, but rather revising the consciousness and the way of living them.

That which we could formulate in a simple way, as the creation of communities.

Arrive together at an agreement about the universal philosophical bases of life which, being common to all, reunite us and as such permit us to point to the same objective and at the same time, respect the particularity of each collective identity and individual at its heart.

The philosophical bases

To discover the meaning of life and its finality, in a live and active way, through the means given by life in order to walk it: life in community, participation in projects for a new society, traditional rituals, philosophical discussions, practical applications to integrate the consciousness of that. This, to transmit it to others later; which characterises a leader!

To begin to walk the path of life with a group that dedicates its life to that; to firstly discover the universal bases before going on to encounter the particularity of their own path and way of unique destiny.

Life in clan, leadership and the creation of projects

Making philosophical reflections descend as well as the realisations of consciousness appearing in the rituals and discussions, in the concrete, in the material, which are practical life and projects.
​And is that all?

​​​​​This list is not intended to be chronological nor exhaustive. All will depend on the duration of your participation in the programme: two weeks’ base, with a possible extension of a third week. And then the option to stay long-term, integrating the functioning of our community, to go deeper, for a duration determined and decided by you. To this, rituals of the path are added for those who wish to take part; without obligation.
Development of the programme

Our programmes intend to be structured, but also intuitive.
​
That means that we have plenty of content that we have developed over the course of the last 20 years, on the base of our own experience. We know, therefore, which are the basic essential themes to touch upon, but we also know to adapt ourselves to the motivations and inspirations that emanate from the present, through what the programme participants share. Adapting ourselves to the present of life, and learning through what it brings us (situations, what is shared, etc.).

Is it just theoretical or are there practical aspects?
​
​The content is not just theoretical because it is supported by our long practical experience. Numerous tools, which we have implemented over the course of the years, will be presented to you, as well as the way to deal with practical situations with which all collectives and their leaders are confronted. And you will also be immersed in community life. So it’s a live experience!

Having you benefit from our experience. As much on the level of practical life in community, as with all that we have discovered on the path, in terms of the philosophy of life.

Knowing from the start that we consider ourselves to be a pilot project and that we are in a continuous process of learning, open to improving and taking each new situation as a means to do so; not seeing the negative aspect of things, but rather on the contrary, a support for learning, improving ourselves and advancing. Always. A whole adventure!

The programme, in practice
This programme is destined for committed people. It’s for this reason that it is intense and requires a clear force of determination. The collective encounterings will be daily, with time for discussions, readings, projections, reflections: as much in the morning, in the afternoon, as in the evening.

This is already the leader’s nature:
Not counting their efforts nor their time, while knowing how to manage them.

Being a leader
The function of a leader is to reunite, to maintain the cohesion of the group, to ensure that each element that constitutes it is implicated in its correct functioning, giving value to the innate potentiality of each one of its members, helping each one to encounter their place, to occupy their particular function, facilitating complementarity, collaboration, cultivating and transmitting the consciousness that each person has a place and a role to play in the collective, a utility, in an equal and essential way regardless of the form of their participation defined by the plan of life; and so activating a healthy body and getting out of all games of competition, of superior-inferior. Re-encountering the real meaning of equality in difference.
Our ambition
An idea of the schedule
From the day of arrival, time for introductions of each one and of our collective; and an introduction of the programme. On the following day, we get straight to the point with an introduction to the ritual of Mama Coca in order to unite the group in its spirit of circle. Then, the first philosophical discussions as preparation of the first Temazcal; mystic doorway into the programme. Each day there will be collective encounterings, around various themes whose objective is to open the consciousness of each one, as a base of their real leadership. With the possibility of integrating the consciousness of visions addressed in the ceremonial space, on different levels and thanks to the connection of our medicines; according to each one’s choice. And so it will be during the two weeks of the programme, up until the Temazcal at the end of the programme, which will mark the expansion of all that has been encountered; expansion that will continue its discovery here or by putting it in practice elsewhere.
​
In order to arrive at the programme fresh and available, we advise our participants to arrive at least three days before its start, so as to acclimatise to the altitude. The city of Cusco and the lovely village of Pisac offer numerous options of very pleasant accommodation for this purpose.
Active participation is one of the key words of our community!
Financing​​
How to participate in a big project for humanity? Each one according to the resources that life has given them in order to serve it, without any discrimination, in complementarity and for the benefit of all.
​
Our programmes are not a business. They have an objective to implicate people to participate, receiving a quality programme, in the emergence of a new world. They clearly have a cost and value, but they are not proposed with a lucrative intention. To financially sustain our collective in its maintenance and its expansion, we have economic projects separate from our programmes. We try to be autonomous at this level.
​
Our programmes are open to people who have little economic resources; because they can be the ones who, on the contrary, have received the greatest potentialities for action. Thus, people who have more financial resources are of a most precious support. Allowing, through their donations, for those who do not have resources, but to whom it really corresponds, to be formed for the emergence of a new world; for the interest of all.
​
We call for the honesty of each one to self-finance their participation in the programme if they have the means. To be at service to truth is an essential value for us. The base of all relations of trust: so it’s best to start well!
​
We need each one, as an essential piece of a great puzzle, that little by little will be revealed to our eyes: that of a new world and of those who will participate.
Transparency regarding the programme price
Pilot model
What we propose intends to be a pilot model to be enriched with your own inspirations. It asks to be developed. We are open to interaction, to discover together how to expand it; to advance things in the richness of complementarity and respecting the unique particularity of each one. Because, on our part, we always look to improve ourselves; considering ourselves to be in a process of continuous learning in front of life.
